PetSitting When I take care of people's pets, I always consider how I would want my own to be cared for. An animal is much happier remaining in the comfort of their home versus being boarded which contributes to higher levels of stress and anxiety. I receive consistent feedback from families about how relaxed and happy their pet is when they return from a weekend trip or a longer vacation.
Dog Walks I am available for both scheduled and "spontaneous/last minute" dog walking which can provide relief to you if something comes up whether it be a long day of work or a last minute errand you have to tend to.
Why I started Luv-A-Pup I have had a deep love for animals since childhood which was my intention for starting Luv-A-Pup Petsitting. I grew up with 2 cocker spaniels and a Springer Spaniel and now have an English Cocker Spaniel of my own. I also have a HUGE love for cats and have had cats as family members for many years. I began Luv-A-Pup PetSitting in 2000, seventeen years ago. With my experience with animals, I have grown my understanding of what they are saying through their body language and their unique style of communicating. This has been useful when working with different animals since each has their own personality and distinct needs.
Free Initial Visit and Interview I understand that having someone visit your home to take care of your pet/s is an important decision to make. I always include a free initial visit and interview so that you feel comfortable choosing the right person to care for your family member/s. In addition to taking care of dogs and cats, I tend to horses, birds, fish and chickens.
