"Lynne recently watched our nine year old lab, Scout while we were out of the country for 10 days. Although we rarely go away without him we felt completely comfortable with Lynne and knew that she would take excellent care of Scout. To put us even more at ease Lynne sent us photos of the two of them hiking and playing in the snow and gave us email updates about how he was doing. We returned home at the end of our trip to find that our plants were well watered, our house was clean, and most importantly --Scout was as relaxed and happy as if we'd never left. We're already looking forward to next year's trip and are so glad to be able to leave Scout in such kind and responsible hands while we're away." Oona Kingston, North Amherst, Massachusetts
"We first met Lynne Smith in the Spring of 2010 when we were going away for ten days and looking for someone to stay in our house with our dogs. She came highly recommended and we were very happy and continue to be with her consciousness and heartfelt care for our animals, our plants and our house. Since then she has walked our dogs numerous times on days we have been away for extended periods. She is unfailingly reliable, warmly affectionate with the dogs, sensitive to their every need and takes beautiful care of our house whenever she has stayed over night. Lynne is, without question, the most responsible and loving pet sitter we have ever had. Nan Carey Amherst, Massachusetts
"Prior to meeting Lynne, my shepard-husky dogs, Kayla and Denali and I had a really bad pet sitting experience with another pet-sitter where my dogs were very stressed and anxious when I arrived home from a multiple day trip. I was devastated. When I met Lynne and checked her references she was not only obviously very responsible and well put together but I could also tell she had a kindness for and love of animals. The first time I went away she stayed in my home and took such good care of them I'm not sure they even missed me! Lynne took care of them many times for a few years and I never had to worry about anything! Lynne is the kind of person who will not only take care of your animals because you hired her; she will no doubt connect with them and develop friendships with them. Eventually, because they were old and started developing some health problems, each of my beloved creatures had to be let go. She was especially supportive after Denali was gone. When I first thought I was losing Kayla she came over with a special meal for Kayla and flowers for me. Kayla was so happy to see Lynne she actually got up after being floor bound. She started walking and trotting around and ended up having several good months after that! When it finally was time to let her go, Lynne was there again for us and I could see in Kayla that she loved Lynne very much. When I am ready to get another dog I will be calling Lynne and I have no doubt you will love having her take care of your pups!" Tracy Fallon Amherst, Massachusetts
"Over the years Lynne has repeatedly watched our two dogs and three cats as well as the house when we have been away. We trust her implicitly not only with our animals but also with our home. She has also been very accommodating about coming over to take the dogs for a walk at a moment’s notice if we have to go out of town unexpectedly for the day. And most importantly the dogs love her and enjoy having her take them for long walks. Lynne’s Luv-a-Pup Pet-Sitting is a terrific service and we greatly appreciate her help and look forwards to using her services in the future." Mindy and Peter Rosengarten in Belchertown
